London Irish take on Gloucester in the Amlin Challenge Cup at Kingsholm this afternoon, with a victory imperative if they want to remain in the competition.
The Exiles blew a 13-point lead in last Saturday's reverse fixture and ended up losing 29-22.
Brian Smith's side will be looking for revenge in the game which kicks off at 3pm.
