London Irish have recalled Sailosi Tagicakibau and David Paice to the starting line-up for their Aviva Premiership match against Worcester Warriors at Sixways tomorrow (8pm kick-off).
Tagicakibau returns from a knee injury in his more familiar role on the wing after standing in as centre for Exiles' first three games.
He replaces Topsy Ojo, while Paice takes over from Scott Lawson at hooker after making his comeback from suspension last Saturday when he came on in the second half of Exiles' 29-22 home win over Bath.
Ojo is named on the bench in place of the injured Anthony Watson, while Shaun Malton comes in as replacement hooker and Alex Gray provides cover in the back row instead of Jon Fisher, who broke an arm last Saturday.
Director of Rugby Brian Smith said: “Worcester have been highly competitive so far this season and played some good rugby.
"We played well last weekend but we know that counts for nothing, we have to front up again tomorrow night against the Warriors in their own backyard.”
Worcester have called up scrum-half Jonny Arr, centre Josh Matavesi and back-rower Matt Kvesic.
Veteran number nine Shaun Perry has been ruled out by a persistent knee problem, while Matavesi replaces Joe Carlisle at inside centre and Kvesic comes in for Semisi Taulava at No. 8.
Wing Josh Drauniniu, who made a try-scoring impact off the bench as Worcester secured two bonus points at Northampton last weekend, has been sidelined by a knee problem, and fit-again centre Jon Clarke takes his place on the bench.
With Perry out, Ollie Frost is Worcester's replacement scrum-half.
