Tom Homer had double reason to celebrate after being named London Irish's Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season.
The full-back collected the awards just two days after picking up the Aviva Premiership Golden Boot as the league's top scorer with 278 points (253 with the boot).
Loose-head prop Max Lahiff was Exiles' Academy Player of the Season after making 25 appearances this season, including 17 in the Premiership.
Matt Garvey was awarded Defender of the Season for the second year in succession.
The big second row had a tackle success rate of 94 per cent.
Jonathan Joseph, who has recently been named in Stuart Lancaster's 42-man squad to tour South Africa next month, won the Try of the Season for his outstanding individual effort in a 30-23 defeat by Harlequins at the Stoop on February 11.
Former Exiles and Irealnd prop Gary Halpin received the London Irish Hall of Fame Award.
