London Irish centre Ansbro forced to quit over serious neck injury

London Irish's Joe Ansbro has been forced to retire from rugby as a result of his serious neck injury last summer.

The 27-year-old Scotland international centre suffered a triple fracture in one of his vertebra as he attempted a covering tackle on Munster's Casey Laulala in Exiles' pre-season friendly win at Musgrave Park in August 2012.
