I don't understand how anyone considers the sacking of McD as anything other than inevitable. His transfer dealings, his (lack of) style of play and his incredible bias for some and against other players would not be tolerated in any other work place.

The booing was understandable to any fair minded person. Why should certain players be sacrificed for the unfair benefit of others. I'm told Noel Hunt was shaking his head as he went off - he gives 100% in every game but the forwards are generally frustrated by the lack of service.

If RFC go down its because of McD, if they stay up its inspite of McD.

That said he did a really good job last year for which he will always be remembered.
