IT was one of the greatest moments in British judo history when Karen Roberts and Georgina Singleton were crowned Commonwealth Champions in Manchester more than two years ago.But Roberts, in an exclusive interview with the Times, believes a controversial new method for distributing lottery money, unveiled last November, will leave judo with "hard times ahead".
