Sandford farm plans on display today (Wednesday)

By Jon Nurse
February 27, 2013

An exhibition displaying two proposals for the Sandford Farm development is being held at The Oakwood Centre in Headley Road today.

Taylor Wimpey West London is hosting the event from 3pm to 8pm in the centre’s Bader Room.

Two options to replace the closed care element of the site with either 80 homes or 60 homes and an 80-bed residential care home will be up for discussion.

Representatives will be available to answer questions.

Planning permission for the 468-home mini-town with a 25.73 hectare country park were given the green light last January.

How much are the landowners making out of planning permissions? If they are allowed to make £50k for every home they get planning permission for on green belt then what do you think they will do with the £50k. Buy more farms, spin more development.
