Wokingham firefighters sent to hotel fire

Wokingham firefighters have travelled to West Berkshire in the night to help tackle a fire in a hotel basement.
A team from the Easthampstead Road station were sent to Hungerford in the early hours of this morning to support crews battling a blaze at a hotel in Bath Road, Hungerford.
Two crews from Newbury together with teams from Hungerford, Whitley Wood and Dee Road were sent to the hotel just after 3.30am. The Wokingham firefighters later joined to relieve a crew and are currently working at the scene.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman confirmed that everyone in the hotel had been accounted for.
