Wokingham Liberal Democrat leader nominated for Councillor Achievements Awards

A dedicated councillor has been shortlisted for a national award for her thorough questioning of policy.

Councillor Prue Bray has been nominated as Scrutineer of the Year in the 2013 C’llr Achievement Awards.

Now in their fourth year, the C’llr Awards celebrate councillors who go over and above what is expected of them and make positive change to their community.

The Winnersh ward member is among 63 candidates nominated for 11 honours.

The winners will be announced on Monday, February 25, with Eric Pickles MP, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, attending.
