A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital after his bike collided with a car.

Police were called out to the incident in Bath Road, Hare Hatch, near the Horse and Groom pub at 3pm.

The biker was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital by air ambulance with a possible leg injury but his life was not in danger, following the collision between his orange Triumph bike and a silver Ford focus.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen what happened to call them on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
