Pair jailed after Earley drugs swoop

A couple have been jailed for 30 weeks after admitting producing cannabis in a house in Earley.

Giang Hong, 31, and Tranh Hiep Thi Tran, 20, both of Crescent Road, were sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Friday, November 23.

Police found between 300 and 400 cannabis plants growing after raiding their home on September 2.
