Mayor welcomes all to Wokingham carol concert

A traditional carol concert around the Christmas tree will take place at the offices of Wokingham Borough Council.
Wokingham borough mayor Councillor Bob Wyatt has issued an open invitation to people to join him at Shute End for carols, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.
Cllr Wyatt said: “The annual carol concert is a great way to sing in the Christmas season and I am looking forward to welcoming the borough’s residents to this special event for the whole family.
“Please join me for mulled wine, a mince pie and lots of festive singing.”

There will be free parking in the civic offices’ car park.
