Have you seen missing husky?By Julie Spencer

A distinctive-looking husky has been missing since yesterday afternoon after she disappeared in an area of Wokingham woodland.
Aurora was last seen in Pebblestone Copse at 2.30pm on the east side of the A329M close to Stokes Farm.
Owner Fiona Young, of Patten Ash Drive, searched until dark yesterday and was out again at dawn this morning.
She fears her 16-month-old pet may have been hit by a car or even shot as she has never run off before.
She said: “I know of a dog that was hit by someone shooting pigeons recently and I am also worried that she may have been hit by a car.
“I want her back, dead or alive.
“Although she is a husky she will be feeling the cold as she was spayed two weeks ago and her fur is only just growing back underneath and she is losing her summer coat and her winter coat hasn’t come in yet.
“She is a distintive-looking husky as she is red and white and has brown, not blue, eyes.
“Most people in Wokingham know her as most of them have stopped to say hello when we are out and about.”
Anyone who sees Aurora should contact the Wokingham dog warden via Wokingham Direct on (0118) 974 6000 or Fiona Young on 07952 469949.
