Promising young actors get Razzamataz Theatre School scholarships

By Laura Herbert
December 10, 2012

Two talented teenagers have been awarded a scholarship to study at Razzamataz Theatre School.

Shelby Richards, 13, from Woodley, and Leah Randall, 15, from Wokingham, were chosen to receive the scholarship to be used at the school’s two branches.

Leah performed a rendition of Tell Me It’s Not True from the musical Blood Brothers to secure her place, while Shelby street danced and acted her way into the limelight.

The scholarship scheme, which is now in its second year, is run by Razzamataz Wokingham and Woodley and Stage newspaper.

For more information about Razzamataz call Shelley Fitzgibbon on (0118) 979 1814 or visit www.razzamataz.co.uk. Classes run on Fridays and Saturdays in Woodley and Wokingham.
