Three car crash closes A327 near Finchampstead

The A327 Reading Road is closed following a three car crash.
A blue BMW, a beige BMW and a black VW Golf collided near Finchampstead just before 1.30pm.
Police are currently at the scene where people have been taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital.
The road is closed between its junctions with Park Lane and Fleet Hill.
