Royal British Legion members take a trip back to the 1940s

Royal British Legion members stepped back in time for a 1940s’ themed dance.
Cath Marks, committee member at the charity’s Winnersh branch, organised the Jump, Jive and Wail event to raise money for the club.
Around 50 people attended the dance at the branch in Woodward Close, on Saturday, September 1.
Committee member Graham McCabe said: “It went extremely well and there were a number of people who dressed for the era.
“This is the first time we have done something like this but it is something we will do again and might choose another year for another themed event.”
