Young performers head down the yellow brick road

Little ones took a trip down the yellow brick road with a performance of the Wizard of Oz.
Children aged from four to eight took part in a five-day workshop run by Perform, finishing with a performance at Wokingham Methodist Church in Rose Street.
The children learned songs, dances and their individual parts for the show on August 13.
Principal Lucy Quick said: “The children had the best five days.
“Perform’s energetic young team of actors, musicians and dancers were with them every step of the way to inspire and encourage.
“Using original live music, funky dance and quick-witted improvisation, they took the children on a dazzling trip which most certainly fired their imaginations.”
