Earley man due in court over Harsh Dharmendra death

August 10, 2012

Earley man Aadil Asghar is due to appear in court on Monday charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of Newtown schoolboy Harsh Dharmendra.

The 24-year-old from Rosedale Crescent appeared before Reading magistrates on July 31, and bailed to attend a preliminary hearing at Reading Crown Court on Monday.

He is scheduled to enter a plea on November 12, at the same court.

Twelve-year-old Harsh was knocked down in Kings Road, East Reading, in February.

Asghar has also been charged with fraud by false representation.
