Art student Hannah Roberts's triptych brightens Punter Southall's office

July 31, 2012

Artwork created by a Wokingham student is brightening up the foyer of a financial firm.

A large triptych created by Hannah Roberts was unveiled in the reception area of Punter Southall’s Wokingham office at Fishponds on Friday, July 20, as part of the Local Arts Loan scheme.

Hannah, 18, is now at university but painted the piece, which is on temporary loan for up to 18 months, for her A-level course at Luckley-Oakfield School.

The Local Arts Loan scheme is run by More Arts, Wokingham’s independent arts and cultural development charity, and currently has 55 works on display in companies.

The Local Arts Loan was set up to transform business spaces. It has a catalogue of 150 original, contemporary paintings, prints, photographs, textiles and mixed media pieces which are available to firms in return for a weekly fee.
