Driver taken to hospital after car flips

A driver was taken to hospital following a two-car collision in Wokingham.

A black Vauxhall Corsa and a silver Smart car collided in Bean Oak Road on Sunday, leaving the Smart car on its roof and the other badly damaged.

Police and the fire service were called at around 3.30pm. The driver of the Corsa was taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital by ambulance.

   It wasn't a guess it was a statement, that is why I said .... "excess speed must have been involved ...."

and not "I guess excess speed was involved"

What action was taken against the driver ....

   Thank God the Smart car was parked and had no occupants at the time of the collision!

   Great article - I know the colour of both cars but nothing about the condition of the driver taken to hospital or the action to be taken against the speeding driver .... excess speed must have been involved ....

   The sooner 20mph speed limits are implemented within housing estates the better.
