Touring park fire destroys caravan

A caravan has been destroyed in a fire at a touring park near Finchampstead.
The fire at the California Chalet & Touring Park in Nine Mile Ride was reported at 3.30pm on Friday.
Engines from Wokingham and Crowthorne fire stations were sent to the scene.
Wokingham fire station crew manager Chris Hastings said: "The caravan was well alight when the crews arrived at the park. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the structure, there wasn't a great deal of it left."
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
