Uni athletes to row a marathon

Three university athletes will each row the equivalent of a marathon during a fundraiser in Wokingham’s Market Place.
Rowan Williams and two team members from the Medway, University of Kent, rowing squad will be raising money for Autism Concern on Saturday, April 21.
Rowan, 20, a former Wellington College student, is hoping to raise £1,000 for the charity.
He said: “I used to know a small boy with autism and he inspired me to do this challenge.
“It should take us about three hours and we hope to gets lots of supporters on the day and donations on our online page.”
