One Direction visit Wokingham as charity ambassadors

Boy band One Direction have been in Wokingham this afternoon as they visited a child as part of work with a children's charity.
The popular five-piece, who stormed to fame on The X Factor in 2010, took time out of their tour to pay the visit to the town as part of their role as ambassadors with children's charity Rays of Sunshine.
The charity posted a tweet this afternoon, which was retweeted by band member Niall Horan, saying: "Our ambassadors @onedirection have huge hearts taking time out of an unbelievably busy week and tour to visit a very special boy!"
Nial was joined by fellow band members Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson for the visit.
Fans who spotted the boys in town took to Twitter to express their excitement.
One Twitter user @Stefanwouldya said: "Just met @Harry__Stlyes, and made the entire female population of wokingham jealous! keep it going lads x #claimtofame"
The band will be on stage at the Clyde Auditorium in Glasgow tomorrow evening.
