Water firm calls for your views

South East Water customers are being asked to have a say on what they think is the future of customer service on the internet.
The firm is issuing around 100,000 surveys to customers and has placed a questionnaire on its website to find out how customers would prefer to keep in touch with South East Water, pay bills and monitor water usage.
