South coast men in court over burglaries

A group of four men have appeared in court over a series of burglaries, including one in Wokingham.

Citizen Watches at The Business Centre in Molly Millar’s Lane is among businesses said to have been targeted in a series of high-value burglaries.

Four men from Southampton and Eastleigh appeared in court last Thursday charged with conspiracy to burgle.

They have all been remanded in custody to face trial on October 21 at Southampton Crown Court.

They are William Castle, 50, of Oakmount Road, Eastleigh, Daniel Collett, 27, of Croydon Close, Southampton, Stephen Gregory, 50, of Portsmouth Road, Southampton, and James Meehan, 38, of Paignton Road, Southampton.
