Tributes to Forest School pupil Paddy Higgins

A Forest School pupil has died after a fall from a cliff in Newquay.

The youngster, who has been named as Paddy Higgins, 16, on social networking websites fell off a cliff in the early hours of Monday morning after a night out in the North Cornwall resort.

He and a group of friends had gone to celebrate finishing their GCSEs at the school in Winnersh.

Friends of Paddy, who played for California Football Club in Finchampstead, have been leaving tributes on a Facebook page dedicated to him.

paddy, everyone misses you so much- this should not have happened. i don't know what else it's going to take for something to be done about those dangerous cliffs. rest in peace beautiful.

Very sad news my nephew was on that trip and he and his friends are utterly devasted at the loss of such of a great lad RIP Paddy Higgins may your memory all live on
