Keep gift packaging out of sight

Christmas revellers are being urged to be wary of advertising what valuable presents you have inside your home.
Wokingham police and council officers are advising residents to be careful when disposing of packaging from the gifts they receive, as it can advertise what is inside your home to any criminals.
The advice is to break packaging down and use recycling facilities wherever possible.
Peter Baveystock, waste and recycling services manager at Wokingham Borough Council, said: “Ensure you recycle your boxes but please remembers to break them down and put them in the black box or alternatively bundle the cardboard up in bundles no bigger than the black box for collection.”
