If you head into Wokingham town centre today, you may well come face to face with a man dressed as a nun or a knight in full armour.

The strange creatures turned up this morning as part of a film crew shooting an episode for the next series of ITV series Primeval.

Series producers told the Wokingham Times and Getwokingham this morning they had picked the Red Lion pub in Market Place because they needed a period setting for the filming.
