Future king given an ASBO by council

Wokingham Town Council seems to have more powers than people think after it inadvertently placed an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) on the future King.

Eagle-eyed reader Simon Daubly spotted this sign on the notice board outside Wokingham Town Hall in Market Place this weekend.

The town council was obviously keen to celebrate the birthday of Prince William on Saturday and placed a sign for all to see, telling people it was flying the Union Flag in celebration.

However, the sign was placed over another poster warning people to keep their eyes out for a man with an ASBO.
