The Council's new leader has today spoken for the first time about his appointment in an exclusive interview with the Wokingham Times.
Councillor David Lee was elected to the top job on Wednesday evening and will officially take up his new role during Thursday's full council meeting.
In an exclusive interview with Wokingham Times reporter Alice Murphy this morning, The Norreys councillor talked about the reasons he decided to stand for leader and the challenges his administration - and the people of Wokingham - are facing.
