The borough’s Conservative administration will vote today on the new leader of Wokingham Borough Council.

The Tories will decide on the replacement for Frank Browne after he decided to stand down in the local elections two weeks ago.

The candidates for the post are Norreys councillor David Lee and his Hawkedon colleague Matt Deegan.

Councillors will vote this evening and the result will be announced tomorrow.
