Hawthorns Primary School in Woosehill has become the latest victim of metal thieves.

Lead flashing was stolen from the roof on Monday, January 28.

On Saturday, January 26, two men were arrested in Winnersh at 11pm in connection with the theft of  scrap metal from a yard.

Drain covers and lead from roofs have been targeted recently, with the metal sold for scrap.
