Traders have reacted with a mix of relief and pity to the jailing of a Finchampstead vagrant who often harasses staff and customers.
For years Steven Harwood, 55, has persistently pestered shoppers, residents and staff at California Crossroads.

Harwood’s behaviour has included scaring children from Nine Mile Ride Primary School, putting barbed wire on the road to force cars to stop, swearing and urinating.
