An internet porn pervert caught when he followed young girls around Wokingham had also persuaded girls to send him pictures of themselves, it has been revealed.
Alistair Hodgkins, 36, of Stephanie Chase Court – where his flat overlooks an infant school – is awaiting sentence for having thousands of child sex images on his computer.
And a hearing at Reading Crown Court last Friday heard he also used the computer to contact young girls online.
Hodgkins’ sick stash of 16,678 child porn images came to light after he was seen following two 10-year-old girls through Wokingham town centre on Friday, March 17.
A concerned passer-by saw him acting strangely and called police. Officers arrested him in the town and found he had a digital camera with him.
