Forest School scientist visit BG Group

Science pupils at The Forest School visited a world leader in oil and gas exploration at BG Group.
The trip to the company’s office in Reading taught pupils at the Robin Hood Lane school the complexity behind some of the resources that fuel our everyday necessities, including powering cars and keeping us warm.
Head boy Greg Palmer said: “It was extremely interesting.
“We met top professionals with a range of real jobs, which was far better than watching a video on the oil industry at school.”
