Hazebrouck Nursery says aloha to Hawaii
September 03, 2010
Little ones put on their Hawaiian shirts and hula skirts for a day of summer fun at a nursery beach party.
Children from Hazebrouck Nursery, based in the Community Centre in Sheerlands Road, Arborfield, took part in hula dancing and a limbo game for the beach party on Friday, August 20.
Deputy manager Hannah Cooper said: “We had a special hula feast with all sorts of tropical food and there was a piñata which I think they enjoyed the most. There were lots of sweets involved with that.”
Parents and staff also joined in the fun by putting on flower garlands and grass-skirts to take part in some hula dancing with nursery pupils aged between three months and five years.
