Chance to approve housing ‘concepts’

People living near areas earmarked for housing could have more say in where the homes go, council bosses have decided.

Wokingham Borough Council’s executive committee gave the go-ahead to include “concept statements” in its core strategy, the authority's wide-reaching plan for the future of housing in the borough, at a meeting last Wednesday.
