As a resident of St Paul's Gate, I'm not sure that this article precisely reflects the sentiments of the homeowners here. There's a lot of frustration with the people who leave their cars here all day while they take the train to work, that's true, but saying that we all want it to be strictly residents only might be pushing it a bit.

I, personally, quite like the system in Banbury Close, where parking is forbidden between (I believe) 10am and 11am on weekdays.
