Name change for Cats Protection branch

A cat charity is changing its name to avoid confusion
The Reading (East), Wokingham and Bracknell branch of Cats Protection is dropping the Reading (East) reference from next month.
The branch was formed in January 1994 when the former Reading and District branch was divided into two to support a large catchment area.
However, the Cats Protection charity say this has caused confusion between the two branches.
