Jack the cat goes missing

December 22, 2009

Jack the cat went missing last month soon after his owners moved house.

And now his owner Mark Brownsmith has delivered 750 flyers in Woodley and Lower Earley to see if the cat has returned to his old home.

Jack is a five-year-old neutered male with a moderately long white coat and pale ginger fur on his head and back.

His owners moved from the Hawkdon Way area of Lower Earley on November 19 to Wroxham Road in Woodley.

Jack, who is microchipped, went missing on Saturday, November 21.

Mr Brownsmith said: “We had only been in the new house two days when Jack squirmed past the barricade out of the catflap in the early hours of November 21.”

Anyone who has seen him should call (0118) 944 0069.

Poor puss - just as he was starting to climb the social ladder too, with a move from Lower Earley to Woodley.
