Aspiring model Irina wants your votes for makeover competition
September 10, 2009
Fashion-lover Irina Hutchins hopes to win your vote in the Bracknell Fashion Week makeover competition.
She said: “I think I deserve a makeover because I'm hard-working and I have managed to get a job this year even though the world is in deep recession.”
Irina, of Thatcham, who teaches English as a foreign language and works in Marks & Spencer, added she has also recently passed her driving theory test and is almost ready for her practical test.
If she wins it won’t be the first time aspiring model, Irina, has been on the catwalk.
She said: “I was a very successful model in a Marks & Spencer's fashion show which was devoted to raising money for a hospital.
“And to do well at next show I think I have to keep pace with fashion and beauty.”
- Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), which organises Fashion Week in Princess Square, has teamed up with the Bracknell Forest Standard to offer the prize.
The winner will receive a makeover provided by skincare experts Clarins, based in Bentalls, and Dave Allen Unisex Hair Salon in the Broadway will restyle the hair. In addition, the new look will be captured in a professional studio photograph, provided by Sonrisa Photography, based in Bracknell's Broadway.
The winner of the competition will also get to show off their new look on the catwalk at the Fashion Show on Saturday, September 19.
Voting starts on Friday, September 11.
