VINOPOLIS is like the home of wine.
A mecca for grapes.
Do not fear for there is no snobbery, or test. You go, you are taught about how to taste and then you go and put your theory into practice. From there it is up to you what stage you reach.
The staff know their business and are poised at the various world stations to explain about what they are pouring.
If you want to listen? There is information on the walls and audio equipment.
It suits those who want to develop their understanding equally as much as those who just want to try something new while having a relaxing afternoon.
I was there on Sunday with my friend Emma and tasted interesting wines from Chile, France, South Africa, Argentina, Spain, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Italy and New Zealand.
When else can you globetrot like that?

next to Borough Market and is set to open a new Champagne bar next week.
It was being refurbished when we rocked on the top of the range Celebration Tour.
