Don't miss this one-man show

Stephen McGann, who played love rat Sean Reynolds in ITV’s Emmerdale, stars in the thriller The Late Edwina Black at Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre until Saturday.

The classic pirate yarn Treasure Island is staged at The Hexagon from tomorrow until Saturday (not Friday).

Roy Dotrice (pictured) performs his celebrated one-man show Brief Lives at Windsor Theatre Royal until Saturday.

Testing The Echo, David Edgar’s new play about British citizenship tests, runs at Oxford playhouse from tomorrow until Saturday.

The period drama The Heiress continues at The Mill at Sonning.

The play Veil, about two young women searching for the truth about their past, will be staged at 21 South Street Reading on Wednesday and Newbury Corn Exchange on Thursday.

The Noise Ensemble will be performed at Bracknell’s Wilde Theatre on Friday.
