RASPO prepare for Notting Hill Carnival

Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra (RASPO) has moved from its Watlington Hall base in Watlington Street into jelly’s Art Pad, Market Place, while it prepares for a national competition.
RASPO is taking part in the National Panorama UK Steelband Championship, which kicks off London’s Notting Hill Carnival, on Saturday.
Before then, the award-winning steel band will be giving outdoor performance previews in Reading.
RASPO will perform in Broad Street tomorrow at 4.30pm and in the Butter Market on Friday at noon.
