The professional version of Masterchef, in my opinion, is the most interesting, as it reveals just how many chefs there are out there who can't cook at all.
This is a "behind the scenes" look at the show with the judges, food genius Michel Roux Jr, who could create something amazing out of crab sticks, a pot noodle and a can of Spam, and Gregg Wallace, who'd eat it.
The other star of this show is the fearsome Monica Galetti, who is utterly terrifying as she tears the chefs to shreds while Roux and Wallace stand there smirking.
Mr Roux reveals he hates dishes with swirls on and how he looks at what types of knife contestants are using.
We're also reminded of highlights from previous shows, including when a chef served Wallace a bizarre and revolting-sounding combo of lentils and peaches.
