Diamond Jubilee Roller Disco coming to Reading

March 22, 2012

The Hexagon in Reading is to transform its main auditorium into a 70s-style roller disco, launching on the Diamond Jubilee bank holiday weekend.

There will be daytime family sessions and lessons at the theatre, and at night the disco ball will be going up for a lively roller disco with DJs and food.

There will also be a Real Vintage sale and a vintage fancy dress roller disco on Sunday, June 3.

The Roller Disco will run from Sunday, June 3, to Sunday, June 10. Visit www.readingarts.com or call (0118) 960 6060.

   I love you Reading Headings.

Took my time noticing this article simply because I am so used to seeing mention of roller discos on this site that the headline just sort of drifted past my eyes the first couple of times.

Also, good to see Katie Waissel is still keeping herself busy.

What a great idea. ps Kate Middleton isn't from Reading as the reporter must be aware of.
