You will need to get your skates on if you want tickets to see the stars at The Reading Comedy Festival.
Although the annual giggle fest is still two months away, tickets are already selling fast.
Shows by top comedians like Jimmy Carr and Tim Minchen, who will both be appearing at The Hexagon, are almost sold-out.
Reading Comedy Festival opens at South Street on Friday, October 2, with ad-libbing physical comedian Terry Alderton.
Australian comic musician Tim Minchen takes to the stage at The Hexagon on Sunday and Monday, October 4 and 5.
Buzzcocks host Simon Amstell, Rhod Gilbert and the Cat Who Looks Like Nicholas Lyndhurst! will perform at the festival.
The Dinnerladies from Victoria Wood’s sitcom will make an appearance, with some of the original TV cast at The Hexagon for three days from Thursday, October 8, to Saturday, October 10.
Rounding off the events will be the Grumpy Old Women featuring Jenny Éclair, Jimmy Carr and provocative Stewart Lee.
For a full run down of all the shows, a chance to watch video clips and book tickets, call the box office on (0118) 960 6060 or visit the website www.readingcomedyfestival.com.

Also there isn't a separate performance called 'The Cat Who Looks Like Nicholas Lyndhurst!', it's simply the title of Rhod Gilbert's act.
