The weekly event began again last week after a Christmas hiatus, giving the pub a busy night during the week.
The pub, at the bottom of the High Street, offers lunchtime meal deals with a sandwich, chips and drink for £5, and regular drinks offers on spirits.
Food is served from 11am to 9pm every day, with a menu ranging from pub classics such as Suffolk pork sausages and cheddar mash and gourmet burgers to vegetarian options like sweet potato, apricot, chickpea and red pepper kebabs and rich desserts including sticky toffee and date pudding.
A kids menu is also available, as well as seasonal options, and each dish is made using fresh ingredients.
The Thursday quiz begins at 9pm and costs £1 per entrant, with proceeds serving as the prize. For more information, call 01483 456890.
