Story time fun with Bob Hartman

International storyteller Bob Hartman delighted children and adults with a special performance at Greyfriars Church.
The author of Mr Aesop’s Story Shop and The Wolf Who Cried Boy, among others, was visiting from his home in Pittsburgh, USA.
His performance, in time for the Easter holidays, combined traditional folk tales from around the world along with his own stories.
Mr Hartman visits schools, festivals and bookshops and likes to encourage children and adults to create their own stories on the spot.
Debbie Thompson, manager of the Greyfriars Bookshop, said: “At the evening performance Bob got everyone participating, adults and children alike. It was great seeing everyone enjoying the stories.”
