Woodley toddler group needs new members to save it from closure

By Jon Nurse
January 16, 2013

A friendly toddler group is looking for new members to save it from closure after two decades.

Southlake Toddlers meets at Emmanuel Church Centre in South Lake Crescent from 9.15am to 11.30am in term time. The group is run by mums but numbers plummeted at the end of last year.

Co-ordinator Claire Shuttleworth said: “We are down to about eight families and if we can’t increase our numbers we will have to fold next term because we can not afford the hall hire and insurance.”

Entry is £2, with the first visit free. To get in touch email shuttleworthc@hotmail.co.uk.

Might be helpful if the article detailed the day(s) the group ran?
